Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ stick of butter
Recipe
- In a medium sauce pan, combine water, salt and butter.
- Bring to boiling.
- Wash and drain rice.
- Add rice to water mixture, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
